I had an absolutely amazing experience with Kim and Dr Ward from start to finish. I was nervous to get PRK surgery, but they both made me feel so comfortable and supported throughout the whole process. The initial consultation was quick and easy, as was the surgery itself. I was advised to do this before I leave the country for the first time in 5 yrs. Eye sight went from -3.25 to +2.00. They say it healed in a way that did this and will get better: I don’t believe it. don’t have time to get any proper prescriptions or contacts. I don’t even want to go now. I feel terrible.

From the consultation, preparation before surgery to the aftercare, Kimberly and Dr Ward have been nothing but excellent in communication, reassurance and professionalism. Kimberly's empathetic nature allowed for an environment where I felt safe and was in good hands to take on eye surgery. Feels great to no longer have to wear glasses and contact lenses for everyday activities. Thank you to the team at Optilase - can't recommend them enough if you're looking into vision correction!
