For several years I have been a patient of Dr. Tucker. He is always professional in every way and very patient when I am trying to decide which is better between two choices on the 'is this or this clearer'! � The ladies in the glasses section are great as well!
I Just took my 5 year old Ray Ban aviators here (I didn't buy my glasses here) after I sat on them and crushed them... they fixed them at no charge and replaced the nose pads... I only waited about 5 minutes and they look like new glasses! I was about to go buy new sunglasses so they literally saved me hundreds $$$. Super nice and clean store and very friendly staff... would recommend to anyone! I will definitely be coming here for future eyeglasses and contacts.
I've just had my second eye exam with Dr Tucker in three years and ordered my new frames and lenses. Dr Tucker is extrmely thorough and listens closely to any questions or concerns I may have. The staff also listens to my needs and issues I have considering I am a digital graphics artist and photographer who wears trifocals and has special needs regarding prisms. I'm looking forward to getting my new eyes, as I am trying something totally new to me, with Blutech Lenses that will attach to my regular lenses using tiny magnets... read more

Dr. Tucker is the best optometrist that I could ever ask for, and my long-time opticians, Kara and Darlene have given me excellent and quality service in every way - always with a smile, with thorough knowledge, and professional service. Even without an appointment, I can walk in and receive timely assistance from any of the employees. I will always choose The Optical Factory and Showroom for their excellent optical care.
I can't say enough about the excellent treatment I received by everyone at the Optical Factory. I highly recommend them if you need anything optically related!
