They always go the extra mile to take care of their customers
Stopped in after an accident.. They carefully straightened and adjusted my hopelessly damaged glasses. Kathleen spent 20 minutes getting them just right..Then told me the price was free! Very caring people!

Walked in without an appointment with glasses that were broken beyond repair. I was quickly seen and a new set of frames in the exact shape as broken frames were in house. And they were a low cost frame. Decided it was time to upgrade to my "dream glasses" which meant feather weight and transitional, so I took care of that too. In and out. I have always been seen without wait...or very little...but usually no wait.
