Friendly, helpful staff. Knowledgeable of products-frames & lens. Dr. Tucker very thorough, calm & pleasant. Showroom clean & well organized. Lots of variety, makes picking new frames fun & difficult but staff is present & gives feedback on how frames look.
IT'S A GREAT WAY TO LOOK AND SHOP
Dr Tucker and his staff are the best. Nathan is a joy to interact with as is everyone else who works there. Fabulous selection of glasses and sunglasses. The best prices around for the latest designer shades. The eye exam is professional and complete. Dr Tucker is patient. Highly recommend, especially if you are a scaredy-cat like me!
I had a great experience at Optical factory & showroom. Dr. Wagner was quick, thorough and explained everything he was doing before he did it. I hadn't had an exam in years, so he made sure I wasn't anxious about it. Kara helped my select frames & fitted me promptly. Great experience! Now I can see where I am going!!!
