We were greeted as always promptly with a warm welcome. My son was hoping to have some play time in the play room but our hygienist was right on schedule as usual. She made my son feel comfortable as always with sunglasses and his choice of a tv show on the ceiling tv. After we had been seen by Dr. Rollor, my son was given a certificate and had his picture taken to become a member of the "no cavity club". We then stayed for a bit to play in the play room. Another great visit!

Dr B did a though analysis of my issue and presented the options and answered my questions. Very professional,courteous, and attentive staff. Dr B is the most gentle dentist I have ever had, very gentle with the needle and explains the work she is doing. Great result too, pain gone already.

I was really nervous when I was told that I had cavities that needed to be taken care of and that they weren't going to be able to do it without Novocain. I'm terrified of needles and have never had it before. But the staff was so friendly and comforting. They even held my hand! After my first visit, I knew the next one was going to be painless and easy.

Had my teeth cleaned by Megan today. Megan is so sweet. I enjoy my visits with her. It's always like catching up with an old friend. I love her positive spin on all things. She obviously loves her work and does a great job!

I just love this place. Going anywhere to have someone scrape on your teeth like fingernails on a chalkboard should suck, but they make it as relaxing and calm as possible at Freedom Dental. I just went the other day, and their A/C was out, but everyone was still all smiles and very, very nice. They took me back on time, they started working on my x-rays immediately, then they went straight to the cleaning. The sit-and-wait part was a very small portion of the visit. I drove nearly 2 hours for a dental appointment at this location and I will do it again! The entire staff was very patient, polite and professional. Additionally, Dr. Burchett continues to provide exceptional customer service and is an honest, reliable and diligent professional.
