I felt welcome and was greeted by name as I entered. Waited only a couple of minutes to be taken back. Laurie did a thorough pain free cleaning & even the x-ray gizmo did not hurt in my mouth this time! Three cheers for Receptionist April, Dental Hygenist Laurie, and Dr Burchett for an amazing visit!

Let me start by saying I really like the staff at Freedom. I've been a patient for several years and the people are great. But I moved my children to another dental care provider a year ago when a cavity fill appt went out 3 months. Too long to wait so I transferred them. My most recent appt was very disappointing. My hygienist was new and (although apologetic) didnt know how to access my records. I have a rather complex periodontic situation, and it was difficult to fill her in while the cleaning was going on. Julie, dental hygienist, as usual was on top of her professionalism in terms of her technical performance and scintillating personality. I'm always comfortable with my confidence in her expertise as well as her winning personality. The fact that she keeps putting up with my admittedly weird behavioral antics, in itself, rates 6 stars.
