I scheduled an appointment with Dr Christian, specifically telling the receptionist I need to have my daughter screened for a visual processing disorder. They said that’s fine, and we scheduled an appointment. At my appointment, I shared that my daughter’s teacher and myself had concerns with a visual processing disorder and could she check for this. I wouldn't send anyone to this place. they are rude and unprofessional. they sent an 82 year old man home refusing to see him because he was late. His appointment was at 2:15 , he hot there at 2:21 waited at the front desk a few minutes, they were rude when they finally did help him. and then turned him away because he was 1 minute out of their grace period of 15 minutes, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I can not say thank you enough! I have been bringing my daughter since she was three. We have always a wonderful experience. John is very knowledgeable when we are selecting frames. He spends the time making sure they fit her little face perfectly. When they start to slide down her nose again, it's just a quick visit and they fit like new. Thank you John for going above and beyond for us.
