Oportun is just another business who offers a service but does not follow through. They sent me a pre-approved letter in mail. Before I applied my credit score was slowly increasing but at least it was increasing. So it could not have got any worse from when they decided to send me a pre-approved letter but after taking all my personal info including copies of my paycheck stubs and drivers license they could not approve me. I was very happy to get approved for this loan, I used part of it to pay off an emergency loan with a very high interest rate and payments, it will be nice to pay off some bills without a monthly payment thats hard to afford. Was happy with the interest rate as well. It took a few days to get approved on my loan but after calling customer service the night before got approved by the next morning.

These scams are racist a** mescans who barely speak English and have little to no knowledge about anything. Yet these are the people reporting to credit bureaus every month . These company needs to be out of buisness for malicious practices and discrimination.
