I can honestly say the ent department is the best. My son is always well taking care of every time he goes there, from the medical assistant I can't remember her name but she is a petit African American young lady with dreads and I know she has a son. Dr Jessica Levi is the best in there she takes the time to care for her patients and actually listen to the patients complain and does everything to make sure her patient is getting better. We appreciate all your love and help.
I'm not going to bitch, they saved me twice and my Kydney. I've gone through a couple Dr's and the team I have now I hand picked myself. There is always good and bad anywhere you go. I did not like ER either nurses where set on one mode , When I got up out of ICU I made sure all my Drs. Knew and was documentation.

I love my doctors and weight management team. I just hate the parking which have nothing to do with the hospital..but i love them..

When I was 18 I had the worst experience at Boston Medical Center I was treated like trash I was left to sit in the bed and almost peed on myself the plastic surgeons just ripped my bandages off and didn't care and said will medicate you later
It's seems funny that 90% of you people that are complaining about BMC have never gone to another hospital to compare it to I've worked at BMC for 15 yrs and have been to many other hospitals in my life for different problems and not only is Bmc a great place to work but all the doctors and nurses are top notch most of you complainers are here because Bmc is the top free health care hospital in mass and a lot of you are bitching about the druggies and homeless people around but if security personnel threw them out there woul... read more
Thank you to all the staff! My son was there on 8/12/16 7 8/13/16 and we received nothing but the best service, prompt, efficient and compassionate. The nurse in the ER, don't remember her name but she was expecting her third child in a few weeks, was awesome along with everyone on the pediatric cardiac wing. Thank you so very much!!!
Not the best hospital in Boston. A lot of druggies!
