Not happy with how and when my husband was scheduled for a cardiac abletion. He was told to be there at 6:30 am yesterday. there was one person in registration who was with a person he obviously knew and spent 15 minutes chatting and laughing..seemed more personal than business related. So, we had to wait 15 min to check in which took 5 minutes. I always receive great patient care at BMC ED. This was true before I worked here and continues, two years later. I was an ED Unit Coordinator, 09/14-04/16. Today, I thought I was having another seizure so I checked in the ED. And while every staff treats me well, I want to publically appreciate House Keeper, Destine Sainvil.
