The doctors are great. Service is horrific, at best. Every time I come for an appointment - even early morning - it runs at least 30-60 minutes behind schedule. And I see/hear nurses joking around while I wait, without anyone checking in - on any of the patients.
They place on the outside is clean, but the rooms a dirty. They steal your money and they can never locate your belongings. First time the took my dads money out his wallet. Now his wallet, cellphone, house key and clothes are missing! I guess he will be discharged with his socks and shoes only! The people are ghetto as all hell..
In all of the years that I've had to use this facility, this my very best experience (what parts I can remember). My nurse, LaTarya, is beyond wonderful. Had a nurse before her (I think her name was Evaline) who was wonderful!! I'm gonna make it......no doubt!
They legit took care of me since checking in; ones waiting at another hospital for 3 hours and not a nurse or a soul took care of my pain they just sat me in a room. I had to check my self out and come here and the service was amazing
My mom has been inpatient here for 4 weeks and we have had excellent care. The nurses, CNAs and other staff on 5 West and 7 West have all been very kind and helpful.
I love bmc. I treated my hyperthyroidism in this hospital with a great doctor.
Been at the ER for 5 hours now.. It's busy, but the nurses have no bedside manner at all!!
