This is one of the worst hospitals. I would never go there for my own health. Although it's a trauma hospital, they do not prioritize patients.
Amazing staff, very helpful. And the surgical staff is top notch!!
Everyone on staff attending to my son's procedure was awesome! He's 21 month's old and they were great with him and it went well. It's the 2nd time he's had to be sedated and I have no worries.
I was involved in a motorcycle accident on Sat the 19th.... from Trauma to my stay on the 7th floor....AMAZING!!!! I think perhaps letting the patient know how to turn off dings and buzzers so they're NOT going off for an hour and 45 minutes..after calling the nurse ..keeping them awake.... suffering with a migraine headache would be nice...just a thought... If I could give BMC a rating of 0, I would...but that wasn't an option. Went to visit a client who had had major surgery and was highly upset to find out that they were trying to push her out of the hospital despite the significant amount of pain she was in. There's a tie between her surgeon and her attending in terms of who was more rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional. Bedside manner seems to be a lost art. Damn shame.
