Horrible ...waited in the Er for 8' hours! My mom was in soooo much pain last night! The nurses in the emergency room are just down Right rude!! This is the main reason why i switched my care to MGH!
They was behind a hour and never said they was behind. I had to reschedule my appointment. They just don't care.
