RecommendedI have been going to the Endocrine practice here for several years. My doctor is wonderful but I am now so impressed by how much friendlier and caring the check-in/check-out staff is. All of them used to be so cold but now they smile and engage with the patients. It makes a huge difference to the experience. I only go once every 12 to 18 months and I noticed this change the last time I was there (6/2017) and now they are still warm to patietns in Jan 2019. Whatever you're doing, keep it up and congratulations.

On 6 east - my sister never met with MDs after testing. requested meds that never came. the biohazard box was not emptied & needles used for the other patient in her room was so full needles were coming out of the top. staff was so lax & uncaring hours after asking for WATER that NEVER CAME my niece had to go get it for her! my sister has cancer & is in extreme pain. she does NOT need this type of treatment.
