What I saw hanging around outside yesterday morning is a disgrace !!! Clean up the mess outside and inside just terrible !! Those poor employees ..... I had a Great Nurse who took very good care of me but my God what they have to put up with on the outside BAD!!
Want to thank the ENT/OR/PACU staff for their wonderful care I recieved during my day surgery. I understand they were transitioning to a new work area (which was beautiful and spacious) but still worked really well together as a team. Was a little upset that timing was not great at discharge for my ride to pick me up at main entrance. Instead we had to take the wheelchair over to the big parking garage, a bit poorly planned.......

One of the greatest hospital I had been, my mother just had a ER visit was excellent team all the way from there to surgery and ICU. Everyone have been very helpful in every way. Thank you all !!
