Terrible! They took one of my accounts from Wells Fargo without my consent and then started charging me "fees". I tried to cancel the account and they told me that I couldn't unless I came into the branch. I live in San Francisco and the closest branch is Indiana. I am not going to fly across the country to close a bank account. They stole all the money out of the account and then told me that there is no money in the account to give back to me. Thieves! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are so bad they don't even deserve 1 star. Ongoing issue that I have spent 4-5 months trying get resolved. Each phone call last an average of 45 minutes, every time they say call back in a few days to check on the status and every time I call back, they say there are no notes in our record! All because they purchased a flood insurance policy on our property even though I sent in all the proper documentation multiple times showing that we are NOT in a SFHA. Mist frustrating company ever! Our mortgage was sold to them by our prior mortgage company. During the transition, they left my name off the loan!! I have sent them all necessary paperwork to correct this problem....the signed mortgage note, the title, the deed and it's still not resolved after almost 2 months!! I call every week and the only answer I get is that it is being worked on. So frustrating that I cannot speak to the research department who handles this issue. Beyond frustrated. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Horrible service. I was trying to be diligent and pay my payment early and they automatically applied it to the principle. I’ve been told three times they fixed it only to be called again the next month saying I’m delinquent. Knowing all this they reported failure to pay to the credit bureaus.

Incredibly frustrating experience with the loss department. Constantly was asked to submit documents that I already had sent in weeks or months earlier. Get to the end of my renovation, and it took nearly 5 weeks to have an "inspector" come out to verify the work was done. Perhaps if I lived in a remote area that may have been acceptable, but I'm in one of the largest towns in my state. following that fiasco, they still are requesting information. My loan was transferred to flagstar by by previous service provider. After transferring my service my previous service provider stopped the automated payment. Since I have may mortgage and all are automated, until something happens, it's no easy for me to know andy issue with payment. After service transfer they might have sent letters to my house, but as we get lots of junk mails I might have missed those letters.
