We have been very happy with the care Dr.. Operti has given to our child. I am utterly surprised to see the low rated reviews. Our experience has been quite different . Kind staff and dr. Operti is great; she takes her time to listen to our concerns and meticulously examine oír child. And nurses are kind with our child especially for the vaccinations.
We are truly grateful for the care and attention Dr. Operti has provided to our children. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to pediatric care have always stood out, and we have great respect for him as a physician. Unfortunately, we had to leave the practice due to repeated negative experiences with the office staff. On multiple occasions, our children's urgent needs were ignored, and despite available appointments, they were not allowed to be seen by the doctor.
