RecommendedThis review is for the Service Department. I had a problem with my electronic tail gate and brought my car in, expecting to have to leave it. I was told to wait and had my car back in about an hour....fixed AND washed!!! Ryan, the Service Advisor was friendly and helpful and the man who fixed my problem (sorry I didn't get his name) took the time to explain how to avoid the same thing happening again. Horrible customer service. Car bought from there broke down in less than 3 months. Less than 50,000 miles on vehicle. Dealership has extremely poor customer service. Still waiting for sales manager to call back. Some phone calls to dealership are directed to a voicemail box that is full and can not accept new messages. Will most likely be contacting cooperate Subaru.
Went to Open Road Subaru to look for a used car for my step daughter. I walked in to the dealership and was greeted by a smiling sales person, who asked how can I help you. I told her about the car I was looking for and she directed me to the car and stayed with me answering any questions I had, Ebelin is her name, she helped me every step of the way with the purchase of the vehicle and made my step daughter feel very comfortable. Fantastic experience!! I was dreading going though the car buying process but Raphael made the experience stress free. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable and also helped me to work within my budget to get a great car!!
I drove about 45 minutes to see one of your cars and I would've bought one but the car was in poor condition and your dealership made me feel so uncomfortable it wasn't even worth test driving. *Hint* stay away from saying stupid remarks to your 1st time customers
Met with the manager Paul. He was more than fair and made sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend!
