Horrible place to go. Just bought a certified pre owned madza 3 and had such a problem with the service team and the general manager. Place is a RIP OFF
All they care about is ripping ppl off!!! Dealership just appraised vehicle to determine early termination options. They quoted me $5,000 over total cost of remaining payments as a buy back option. So basically, the new vehicle I leased with only 8k miles original sticker $22k is now only worth less than half the original price in under a year.
don't ever buy an older used car from them. they don't stand behind their vehicles when there is an issue.
This is my husband and my 6th car with Open Road Mazda and as always we couldn't be more thrilled with the exceptional service. We have a 2017 Mazda 6 T Premium, 2017 CX9 GT, and a 2018 CX5GT Premium. Voytek is by far the greatest sales associate. Very knowledgeable and helpful while selecting a car.
