I had a horrible experience with this dealership on July 4th 2020. The staffs were very unprofessional and not interested in doing business with the customer if you are not ready to buy a car on the same day. One of the Indian sales was very impolite to ask customer to leave the common area because he needed to use the space. It was not like that when I purchased a Mazda from this dealership. I wonder what had been changed since then.

I have purchased 2 cars from them and had a great experience today deal was a little slow but it was a busy day for car sells so I understand the GM and used car manger was great and overall great people no issues on my side at all oh yea the sales guy was great as well

Stopped by there to get my car serviced. While it was getting looked at Eugene asked me why I was there and after telling him it was just for getting a few things taken care of he said well if you get bored waiting for your car to get done and want to have some fun running some numbers, stop by his desk. Their customer service is abysmal. Tried calling them with a serious problem at 5pm during the week, nobody answers their phone. They need to stop making promises they can't uphold. Pushy. The car wouldn't even start when I got there for a test drive and the salesman was asking me if I wanted to make a deal. Make a deal?? On a car that wouldn't even start? Are you kidding me? update... Well two weeks ago I posted about my experience with open road mazda and here we are again and personally this is the icing on the cake. On August 14 2019, I got a call from the dealership saying they found the other keyfob to my 2016 cx5 touring I bought end of June. My car originally came with one set. Hold on this is where it gets good... They called to say they found the key fob and would give them to me if I took down my negative comments from 2 weeks ago. So ...Continue Reading
