Specialties Here at the "Open Flame". We serve only the finest fish available, all of our steaks and chops are custom cut, by us, to ensure quality. Chicken, ribs and pork are slow roasted in our wood-burning rotisserie ovens, exposed in the dining room. Burgers are USDA steak, hand-packed in house. Over priced for what you get. The only good thing we had was the calamari.
Tilapia with a crab crust was excellent. The London broil was good. Walleye is a must.
