I have a friend that has been sick for over a month and they won't get her into a specialist.
Horrible Dr. With even worse bed side manner. Front desk girls texting with feet up in the chair. They are the closest urgent care place to me that is in my insurance network. 26 miles. The Dr. Acted like it was an inconvenience, didn't believe me when I told him it was the closest, he never even completly examined the injury and didn't say good bye. Nice, so next time I'll drive the 36 miles or goto the ER. Unbelievable. Waist of money.
Never go here if you can find anywhere else to go. Please
I have a friend who told me this place sees people without insurance so I have called for 3 days and was put on hold numerous times and when the lady named Jo finally took me off hold after 35 minutes she was very RUDE NASTY AND PUSHY! If that is how they are over the phone I really don't want to deal with them in person. Jo treated me like an idiot! I think the hospital has a doctors office and takes people with no insurance.
If I had insurance I would never go back. They dont care about their patients and it shows. They rush you and you never receive the phone calls with your text results. The dentist office on the other hand is awesome.
