After calling many places to fix and work on my wifes jeep, this was the place to get it done. I highly suggest any jeep owners use this shop. Staff are very honest and friendly. Quick work. Very respectful. Thank you.
My experience with Open Air Jeeps in Virginia Beach was incredibly disappointing. The manager, Tim, was shockingly rude throughout the entire process. His communication was unprofessional, confrontational, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. Instead of helping resolve issues, he spoke to me in a way no customer should ever be addressed. Sorry for the late review. This shop is amazing and got my truck up and running within a day. Dealership wanted an arm and leg for something so simple also while keeping my jeep hostage for a month, Open Air Jeep literally took a day to service and my truck was ready before the holidays. Very friendly and great service for the price. Thank you will be returning for any other issues.
