My college-aged daughter had brain surgery and the chemical they used prior to surgery (without suggesting she put up her long hair) totally gummed up her hair. The Mercy nurses attempted, somewhat successfully, to untangle her long, brunette mane. Discharge day Beth insisted we go to Onyx to see if they could further help. EVERY STYLIST THERE assisted Beth with the detangling of her hair, even though she was in a great deal of pain. She did not wish to cut her hair and the TEAM at Onyx worked a MIRACLE that day?!!! Onyx is a great salon! I followed my stylist Heidi here. Everyone is so nice & friendly. I often see clients/customers complimenting each other on the great work the stylists do. I have recommended many friends & know others of all ages that frequent Onyx.
Nicole Nelson is amazing. I always feel like a new person when I walk out the door of Onyx Salon . Nicole is truly a Day maker. Everyone at the salon is friendly and welcoming . The atmosphere is conducive to a very satisfying experience. I will continue to be a loyal customer....singing their praises as I have since the day they opened !
