I find it hard to believe all reviewers rated this salon high - must be rigged! I stopped going a couple of years ago after they made too many mistakes and did’t care to make it right! So today I gave them another try - bad idea - the hair dresser informed me that I don’t have time for what you want (I wasn’t told that when I booked) but for $30 more I can do something that That kind of looks like what you want - rip off!! Don’t waist your time or money at Onyx Salon they don’t care about you or your hair!!!
My stylist Jenny Rosengren showed up to do my hair and make-up for my son's wedding. I had just gotten home from major surgery and felt pretty rotten. She came in...set herself up and made me feel beautiful when on the inside it was tough. You are one in a million Jenny!
Lauren at the front desk is the best Always a smile and a cheerful hello from her. I have pre-booked to the end of the year with Ericka. She is the best. Always ready to try what ever I want. She is so talented and you can tell she loves what she does. Always cheerful. Nice environment.
Jae is awesome. She knows exactly what color I want to achieve with my hair. She is also very honest about what things will and won't work with my hair. Lauren at the front desk is always there to greet you with a smile. A very friendly place.
