Absolutely the place to take your pet. Price was 1/2 of what another vet quoted..and did surgery the next day. I didnt realize how close to death my dog was, until all was said and done. Thank you OSN!!!
I would have to say what an amazing place OSN is. They are so caring to all the animals that come through the door. I've never seen such a caring do as I see in Dr Jenn. I went to a Banfield and a couple other places for my husky but there was no better place than OSN. When it was time to put down my dog/son, Dr Jen and one of her techs Dave came in after hours (I think it was like 11pm) and helped me through the pain of losing theeeee closes person in my life. Today the manager called me and told me I am no longer welcome at OSN. I had an appointment the next day which inconvienced me greatly. The reason? I posted a concern on Facebook after getting no where in the office. Yes, this place will call you and not allow services for posting your experience. I was referred to this place by my regular vet that I'd been seeing for 4 years. They are ridiculously caring and loving, treated me and my pup so well. Dr. Megan (I hope I remembered her name) was absolutely AMAZING! I will never go anywhere else with my dog, even though they are further away from my home. My Isis had to have her toe amputated, I was so stressed and sad. They were supposed to close at 5pm Saturday, they stayed until 10pm to rescue my baby!!! Thank you so much!!! I Can't say enough about how truly wonderful this place is.
They did a great job taking care of my cat.. They explained all the services and fees up front. Super friendly and caring staff. Thank you for doing a great job.
