Staff was friendly and great with my foster pup. You can tell they really care about the animals it’s open 7 days a week and prices are really affordable. I will definitely be going here from now on.
Was referred here. Got our appointment and had our vet fax over our dogs info. Husband loaded our dog and drove to the appointment only to be told upon arrival they couldn’t help and we had to go elsewhere without even seeing our boy. I understand ONS couldn’t help but they could have called and told us over the phone instead of having us transport a less than healthy dog.
Took our cat Saydie in to be fixed they were so kind to her and us. We had a bit of a wait but they were very apologetic and they didn't need to be Because we were all asking so many questions about our pets care and they took the time to reassure us our pets would be ok 🐕🐩🐾
Called Tuesday, and got an appointment for Thursday! Our puppy was neutered here. Included pain meds, e collar and a microchip in the price! Someone even called today to follow up and check in on him. The only thing was that the vet side of the clinic didn’t have the most friendliest receptionist. The woman who checked Charlie out was super super sweet.
These people are amazing. After a horrible experience with IVHS for our community cats, OSN stepped up and was great to deal with. Will be recommending them to everyone!!!!! Thank you!
