Very thorough and did a great job, I used them on my own purchase and have had clients use them as well. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone buying a home. Always get an inspection!!
We had a great experience with this company. Our inspector was nice and was able to explain things to me in terms I could easily understand. He walked through and showed me everything and then also sent a very thorough report that evening for me to review. The report itself was easy to read. Great with communication: sent reminder emails and texts. Would recommend!
We had a great experience in working with On Site Home Inspections. Sheehan was excellent to come out and work with us. Don't be afraid to pronounce his name it is pronounced just like is looks Shee-Han. He was an amazing guy and took the time to walk our home and was very thorough! Talk about customer service! Sheehan and company really take care of their customers. They go over every detail imaginable during the home inspection process with unbiased opinion - they give it to ya straight and they know their stuff. I'm a real estate agent and send all my buyers to Onsite, and they all have a fantastic experience and feel much more educated on their home purchase after the fact. Realtors if you're also looking for a great referral source for a home inspector look no further!
