Their report is exceptional, it includes pictures with details and suggestions, and is also color coordinated. It will come in handy to make improvements and will be referenced frequently. The onsite tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall, we are satisfied and recommend them.
They showed up on time and did a very thorough inspection. When I came for the walk-through, they were willing to take the time to explain my options for my plans to rehab a very old home. The report had lots of pictures and explanations that I will use as reference throughout the process of restoring this Old House to its former beauty.

Because of the thoroughness of the inspection we were able to tie down a lot of loose ends that would’ve cost us quite a bit of money to repair and replace the air conditioner and some of the electrical system in the house. We were able to get the most for our money will be able to enjoy our new home. The fee was well worth the price. The inspector himself was very well-informed and thorough. If we ever purchased another home we will definitely use on , On site!
