Me & my wife dropped in from Margaret River, Australia. Coach Mike was great, really friendly & made us feel very welcome. Gym was spotless, heaps of equipment and the workout was great. Highly recommend. Thanks for having us. Dan & Lindsay
After a few days of training here, Kaos is my favourite gym in HRM by a long shot. Incredibly kind and friendly people who love to interact with new faces and are happy to show you around. The coaching is excellent and the owner Sean is an unreal athlete, owner and community facilitator. If you’re visiting HRM or moving here and are looking for a gym, this is absolutely the one to check out.
Less than a year ago I joined Kaos CrossFit gym. I had just finished chemotherapy and radiation for cancer and I felt physically and mentally weak and I lacked all "gym" confidence.
