Excellent gym! If you have never done CrossFit it can be intimidating but all of the coaches are super supportive and can help you scale every workout to your ability. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and have seen big gains in my strength. Also, the best gym friends! Plenty of parking, super clean space, great café and Pelvico next door for awesome physio.
One of the things I love about this place is how supportive everyone is no matter what level you're at and there's always a focus on Improvement and helping you achieve your best fitness level.
One of the best communities build into a place where you can get really fit and learn a bunch of new skills! Couldn’t ask for more from a gym!!
Owners and staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and the gym is extremely well maintained. The organization from WODs anything else you can imagine is above expectations. Loved doing workout there and I’d be a member if I lived in Halifax.
