I can’t say enough good things about this gym. From day one, the coaches and members have been incredibly friendly and welcoming. It truly feels like a community. Everyone is respectful and supportive, which makes training here a great experience. The gym itself is very clean and well equipped, with plenty of space for both classes and open gym. Really great gym. Focuses primary on Crossfit but you can find other options. There is tons of space. Probably one of the best Crossfit gyms I've been to in North America. Programming: 9/10 - I think they use HWPO. Tons of available time slots. Equipment: 10/10 - Everything is fairly new (within 5 years). Lots of variety for all skill levels.
