My favourite part of the day is coming into Kaos! Such a great group of members, fabulous coaches, and always challenging workouts. I’m better physically and mentally because of this place.
I cannot say enough about the coaching at Kaos - and the community! I recently took part in a nutrition and wellness challenge and I’ve never felt better. The accountability and support Coach Michael, Kayley and Coach Shawn provide is top notch. 10/10 recommendation!
The staff and management are supportive and encouraging with members fitness and nutrition goals. Recommended tweaks and adjustments to improve results. Kaos isn't just a gym - it's a family. ☺️ People know your name and are welcoming and supportive. Give it a try! What do you have to lose?
