Because I needed to use the car wash area in the apartment car park, but the area was locked, I wanted to ask the agent how I could access it. However, the agent initially only told me that it could not be used. It was only after I left a negative review on Google Maps that the agent explained the reason why it could not be used. I hope the agent can be more patient and properly answer customers’ questions in the future. Thank you.

This woman is the GOAT. Mahsa was lovely on the phone and very very easy to communicate with. By 10am the next day we got accepted and it all finalised without a few hours after! We can't wait to move in, anyone looking to use her to manage a property would be very lucky, I would highly recommend her!
Rude, unresponsive agents. Mahsa seemed uninterested in answering questions or showing the house on the day. Shocking that she is the managing director. If I was renting my property with them, I'd be extremely worried by the quality of the tenants and inspections. Receptionist had no idea about the property I was enquiring about. Never heard back about my application.
