Rude, unresponsive agents. Mahsa seemed uninterested in answering questions or showing the house on the day. Shocking that she is the managing director. If I was renting my property with them, I'd be extremely worried by the quality of the tenants and inspections. Receptionist had no idea about the property I was enquiring about. Never heard back about my application.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience as a tenant with OREA. From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Communication was always clear and prompt. Inspections were fair and respectful, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The entire lease process was smooth, and even the end-of-lease and bond return were stress-free. It’s rare to find an agent who treats tenants with such care and professionalism. I couldn’t recommend OREA more highly.
