I called to arrange an inspection on an apartment they have listed for sale currently. I have pre-approval, and have someone to look through the home on my behalf as I live elsewhere. Majid wouldn’t answer any questions, never called me back, and I’ve since tried to contact him again and gotten no reply. I wouldn’t list my place to sell with this place as they’re rude and unresponsive to willing buyers.

Because I needed to use the car wash area in the apartment car park, but the area was locked, I wanted to ask the agent how I could access it. However, the agent initially only told me that it could not be used. It was only after I left a negative review on Google Maps that the agent explained the reason why it could not be used. I hope the agent can be more patient and properly answer customers’ questions in the future. Thank you.

This woman is the GOAT. Mahsa was lovely on the phone and very very easy to communicate with. By 10am the next day we got accepted and it all finalised without a few hours after! We can't wait to move in, anyone looking to use her to manage a property would be very lucky, I would highly recommend her!
