They tell you to fill out their questionnaire and send it to them. It takes them about two weeks to get back to you and when they do it's to tell you that you did something incorrectly. I did understand that the same forms are free on the court's website but I was willing to pay for more detailed instructions and clarity on some inconsistencies I saw in the court's instructions. I was also comforted by the stated refund policy and 100% satisfaction guarantee. What I discovered was that the instructions were actually far inferior to the court's instructions, not providing any additional detail whatsoever, which means it didn't even address any of the inconsistencies. These people are beyond Jerks! Second question asked if both parties agree to sign divorce papers! I stated no! The questionnaire proceeded to ask all my personal information about me, my marriage, etc, then later asked for my credit card information! About 5 hours later, I received an email stating that BOTH PARTIES must sign for the services!
