These people are beyond Jerks! Second question asked if both parties agree to sign divorce papers! I stated no! The questionnaire proceeded to ask all my personal information about me, my marriage, etc, then later asked for my credit card information! About 5 hours later, I received an email stating that BOTH PARTIES must sign for the services! Upon reading email, I called to ensure there's nothing they could do and had to cancel services, because there's no way my husband will consent to divorce! They informed me someone wi... read more

I was called about platinum service before I was even finished creating an account. I ended up choosing this after I was finished making my account. I was then bombarded with emails immediately saying I needed to hurry up and fill out my paperwork. What they don’t tell you is your platinum service that cost $400+, is only good for a month and then they’ll charge you $40 each month after that. And there’s absolutely no way you’ll finish anything in that amount of time because they do everything through snail mail. I began thi... read more
