I finally was able to close the loop on a 4-month long saga with OneOne Swim! I ordered a few pieces in mid- December. They were shipped to me at the end of January (despite a promise of deliveries within 15 days). I immediately requested to return eligible items. It took 7 weeks, and constant follow up on my part, but I was finally refunded today only when I noted the default on their refund policy where I could be entitled to legal action. Was supposed to get my swimsuit before my trips. The site said 10 business days. Order co firmed on February 15. Received March 14. Emailed them about inquiring about my oder, and it took 3 days ro get back to me about my order. Poor communication and also didn't have it for my trip to Bali when I should have.
Deceptive return policy, read the fine print, if it’s on sale then no return. You’re stuck with it. Also found the sizing and the quality to be poor.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! It's been over 5 months and they have yet to refund me hundreds of dollars from a return! They can respond to an email within minutes but cannot refund me for a purchase I returned on 6/25!?! Pictures of over 20 emails a asking for my refund
Please do not buy from this brand, the quality is poor and prices high. I purchased a bikini back in May, that looked and fit nothing like the pictures posted. I immediately started a return process and 6 months after I have not received a refund. Contacting someone has been impossible and the very few times I've gotten a response, it's been short and rude.
