As beautiful as your swimwear is if I could give 0 stars to customer service I would. I have been waiting for a refund since August, it is now November and haven’t received it. They don’t post on their website that if something is on a discounted price it is final sale. Terrible costumer service. Items take forever to arrive as well.
Arrived to this address to discover the physical store does not exist. Absolute waste of time.
Buy at your own risk. Terrible customer service experience. I returned an items over four months ago and I still have not received the refund. The customer service team keeps telling me "we are experience delays" and they are not providing any reason or explanation for the delay, or when they expect to resolve the issue. I have never experienced such low levels of customer service before.
Sizing way off and horrible customer service/return policy. I measured myself before ordering and went off their size guide and tops were way too small. I am a small frame with implants and they weren’t even close. Bottoms fit. When trying to exchange the tops bc I did like them, was told they were ineligible bc of the discounts they offered. Their entire site was on sale and this was designed to keep your money! Now I’m stuck with two suits totaling $150 that I cannot wear. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS Co.!!!!!
They are a total scam. I had to put a fraud claim on my credit card to see if hopefully I will get my money back.
