One Life Fitness at Woodbridge is awesome! The gym is huge there is tons of equipment for cardio, weights and classes. I personally love the Les Mills Body Combat and Les Mills Body Pump classes that are offered to all members. The instructors are genuinely friendly and motivating. Come check it out for yourself, I'm certain you will be impressed, there are no other gyms that come close to this one.
Onelife woodbridge is by far the best gym I've been a member of in the Woodbridge area. I've tried other gyms and this one stands out the most. The management and front desk people are so kind and friendly and are always willing to help! I have on a number of different occasions had questions for the trainers and they are always willing share their expertise. The group fitness classes are wonderful.
