This is very clean and amazing gym. Many machines and equipment with the latest stuff for excerising as well.
I am not really into gyms and I did quite some research before joining. I went to all local gyms and let me tell you, I am happy with the decision I made. Best part of it is that you are not working out with your average muscular person that knows nothing about fitness. I have been a Sport and Health member for five years, on and off. I was previously with Stafford and Fredericksburg. I've been a member at Woodbridge for three months now, and j love it! I've never had an issue with personnel, facilities, or ability to join any classes. Love it overall!!!
They only give you one day as a trial which is terrible . There policies are bogus . You can't bring the same guest twice as a member which I've never heard off . So basically even if you have a membership you can't have a workout buddy . 1 day trial is not enough to judge a gyms worthiness . Then they press you to pay 20 just to use the gym for one day as a tactic to get you to sign up . Their prices are bogus and they aren't friendly enough . Customers get no leverage . Terrible company .
