I love it here even before when it was sports and health. I'm always confident to invite friends to join me as a guest and they really love it. Mel B and Kevin's zumba classes are a lot of fun!!💃🏻💪🏼💃🏻
I always enjoy coming to this gym. The classes are great also. Best gym I've been apart of since I've been here in Woodbridge.
Love the Zumba and grit/apex instructors and the childcare staff phenomenal, I know my son is safe while I’m working out.
I have been a member of SportandHealth, which is now Onelife, for almost 8 years. One of the best fitness facilities of which I have been a member. Staff is very friendly and responsive, equipment is diverse and maintained in top working order, and facilities are clean and modern. Highly, highly recommended over other available gyms in the area!
