I have been a member of several gyms in the surrounding area north and south and this gym is by far the best! They make everyone of all sizes, shapes, colors, fitness levels, etc feel comfortable and like you belong!! But Shane is the reason we came and the reason we will stay.
This gym is awesome! I highly recommend EP classes or semi-private training with Ashley Spoto! She’s amazing and has taught me so many new exercises, stretches, nutrition tips, and just overall wellness in general! I’ve learned so much from her and look forward to training with her each week! She’s very supportive, encouraging, and a great personal trainer! Go see her!
Love my gym and everybody who works there! The classes are fun and challenging and really contribute to my health and well being.
