RecommendedI love this place! I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease a little more than 10 years ago. One Life has played a huge role in helping me stay one step ahead of the disease. The staff.....Well there is not enough room to tell you how great they are.
The staff is great, I love my trainer Ashely everyone is very friendly.
Today was my first time at OneLife, and I had a great experience! Charnelle at the front desk was very helpful, and the cycling instructor, Bonnie, was so energetic and nice! Looking forward to trying another group class tomorrow!

My experience was very accommodating. I was visiting from new york and needed a gym for a few days to stay on track of my goals. The front desk was welcoming and directed me to the Manager Shawn, whom was very informative and accommodating with pricing for the few days. I enjoyed the space, various equipment and overall condition of the gym. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Instructors are caring and cheer you up, giving options for all levels! Great environment and top machines for all types of workouts
