great staff, clean gym, everyone there is always willing to answer questions and help. Favorite place to be 💪🏾
I am huge on customer service, so it’s disappointing that the front desk employees that are there to greet and welcome you are “ less than enthused” and downright rude sometimes. Thank goodness they’ve made overall improvements and have some phenomenal trainers like Regina that make me want to stay.
Been coming here since 2013 great place, lots of machines and equipment. However we need more dumbbells that go up to 200 pounds and we need calibrated plates and LOTS of them, a Pool and a hot tub.
