RecommendedOnelife Fitness Valley Mall is by far the best gym in the area! They are doing everything in their power to keep the club clean and safe while still giving a great experience! The staff are great and very welcoming! I highly recommend this gym! Keep up the great work!

OneLife at Valley Mall was great before COVID-19. I had recommended it to many people. Post COVID-19, their offerings have been heavily modified and no long suits my family needs, nor did I sign up for the heavily modified offerings. I've politely explained my situation and requested cancelation of my account twice now. They refuse, and insist on a cancelation fee. I like the fact that they take temp before you walk in but could use more sanitation from workers after machine use
Your employees bully people online. Not to mention make fun of people for being susceptible to the corona virus who could possibly die from it. Bad look if you ask me. How are people who are over weight suppose to come to your business and feel welcome when people like this are working for your company. Defiantly lost my business, and I would suggest anyone else to think twice about going there until they take a look at the type of people they hire!
I have no issues with the gym itself. However, I truely hope that the owners/ managers are taking care of their employees, during this time of need. A simple phone call to ask how they are doing, a kind gesture, or offering some sort of financial relief. I understand that the fitness industry is being hit hard by this health crisis, but if you do not take care of your own, during this time, don’t expect them to be there when you are trying to build it back up! Kindness and loyalty go a long way! Stay safe, stay healthy!
Their customer service is terrible they are in it for the money and that’s it. Unless you are signing up they will be your best friend if you are trying to cancel they will be your worst enemy and continually charge you with excuses on why they can’t cancel which is different for each individual. When I explained my circumstances and why I was canceling I offered to do a payment plan to cover the remaining balance they did not want to work with me.
