RecommendedI used to be a member when this location was Golds. I love the One Life name and what they are doing. The new locations at the mall is state of the art and I highly recommend going and trying it out!
I have been looking forward to the new gym in Valley Mall to open and was not disappointed. The gym is beautiful, the staff is very helpful and friendly and it is very clean. Definitely a place with an inviting vibe that makes me eager to return. Worth the wait!
My husband has been a member of this gym since it was previously Golds Gym (Northern Ave location)... He decided to go to the new location on Saturday..Not only was the woman managing the floor rude, & inconsiderate!! But they have a ridiculous rule that no gyms bags can be on the floor🙄 Here’s some “unsolicited” advice..If your going to have a gym where people need wrist wraps, belts, etc., wouldn’t you rather see ones gym bag rather than random piles of their things? !!

I recommend the Intensity classes with Chris and Wendy. They are awesome and very inspiring.
