RecommendedI joined OneLife of Hagerstown because I recently got a job in the area even though I live about an hour away. I wasn't too set on joining, but Jay and Reed convinced me to just go for it and invest in myself. After going for about a month I signed up with Sean for Explosive Performance Training after working with him for my SmartStart, and I absolutely love it; it makes working out fun! I joined Onelife Fitness a few months ago. I have been a member to many gyms and this one has been my favorite by far. Everyone has been more than friendly. I love the classes they offer. The instructors are fantastic and are always welcoming. The daycare staff is great with my children. I feel very comfortable having them there. I highly recommend this gym.
