RecommendedWe met with Amanda and Jay today at C&O Canal Days and they were very friendly and offered a great deal to join early to the One Life coming to the mall. We are so excited about all the amenities and to keeping our commitment to health and wellness.

I joined for the reason of convenience only, it’s very close to my house. I also belong to planet fitness but it’s kinda out of the way and only go there on the weekends but I have to admit I like planet fitness better, it’s cleaner and much newer equipment. The woman’s gym at this Onelife location has what seems like all the old equipment in it. Only one of the treadmills works at 100% and they are out dated. Great facility with a well trained staff to meet all of your fitness goals.
I just started this gym on Wednesday and I love it already. Staff is very friendly and feel welcome. And actually want to work out more now than before
I don't got much to say because this is my first week but I can say that, I came here for convenience. I have been to the YMCA, and down grade to planet which was far and out of the way but saw that one life was 26 dollars with a pool coming that less what I was paying at the Y so very affordable at this time better now then later. Other then that positive side onelife has a very welcoming environment and provided a clean gym and awesome friendly staff.
Love this club and the Onelife brand! They have amazing staff and are really committed to keeping members happy and updating facilities! Best club in town!
Good basic gym. Too much emphasis on sales with new ownership. Not enough on service. Dumbbells strewn all over the floor on Sunday evening. Gold’s in Hanover, PA and Martinsburg, WV are better-maintained. I like the management staff. Can’t wait to see the pool at Valley Mall.
