My husband and I tried to give blood today. Knocked on the door of the bus with no answer so I went in to find out about giving. We were told to wait which is fine but 45 minutes later and after watching 3 people leave and no one being taken in we left. Very poorly run and unfriendly staff. I don’t think they need blood that badly. 5 people left without giving because of the way things were run. And that was only in the time we were there.

We had 10:30 appointments and knew there was no way. Then, one employee kept touching the beds to show people where to go, without gloves on.
