Checked there web site to make an appointment said there was 3 spots every 15 minutes but when I tried to click on them it said there was no appointments this was at there facility in Lake Park FL. I live close enough to the facility that I stopped by to see if they could get me an appointment. No help at all didn’t seem care that they needed the blood or maybe they don’t. Just spreading fake news that there is a shortage. Will try CSL Plasma in Riviera Beach tomorrow to see if they need any donations.

Communicate with waiting donors instead of wasting our time. Staff doesn't care about our time and it shows. They make donors wait outside the bus and they don't come out to communicate that their rules have changed. Their is a blood shortage but staff doesn't care about waiting donors. as a regular donor I am hugely disapointed

☹️ tried to donate today! Checked for drive online, said I could walk up. Showed up at site on 4th st in St. Petersburg at about 10:30, was told 20 min wait due to restrictions on who could be in bus at a time. No problem at all, happy to help! I’ll sit myself down over here in the parking lot 10 ft away and wait!! ... and wait... and wait... after an hour, asked what was up.
