My wife & I donate when we are eligible and have for many years, in Tallahassee. People there are great, always a good experience. Your Customer Service line based in Orlando is another story. Leave messages & no one returns calls. No one ever answers it, all you get is a recorded message requesting name/number. No call backs. Ever. Unprofessional to say the least. This will not impact on our giving, we gladly donate & will continue as in the past. Somebody should look into your lack of response at your customer service line... read more
Experience was amazing !!! ...except the fact that I was passing out after they took the pint of blood and the really thick needle they used lol. But other than that staff was amazing and I would definitely donate again as soon as I can redonate as I donated yesterday.����������
I had such a great time today with Nicole, Julio and Stacie. They had me entertained and laughing the whole time. The process went by so fast that I was kind of sad to leave and go back to work. They are a super fun team!
They told me they were going to mail me the reward and til today haven’t received nothing and it’s going on to two weeks horrible and I’m too of that I had my cousin do it too !!! Horrible I also called the company never answered or reached out to me I left all my info !
You beg people to give blood, but your staff is rude, inconsiderate and poorly trained. I have donated since 1995 - no more. Just wish there was someplace else to go.
My experience what so bad I won't write exactly what happen to me to keep other people from donating. I will let the one start review do the talking.
Quick and simple process. OneBlood employees always make it as quick and easy as possible. Last time I was in the blood bus for no longer than half an hour. I go as often as I can. I know God is touching the lives of people around the world with the blood I donate. I would HIGHLY recommend donating blood as soon and as frequently as possible because of how beneficial it is for the donating person and the receiver. Thank you, OneBlood, God bless all of you.
