Have donated in Palm Beach for 20 years and all was great - every time. Donated in Orlando/WinterPark for the first time and will never donate again. Staff unfriendly, not wearing masks nor gloves, beds very close together. Disappointing experience:( Also, ended up with a 2" bruise on my arm which isn't a big deal, but it's never happened any other time.
