Changed from 5 to one after today's shitty experience, from now on I will keep what's in my veins! Also, for the sake of future donors please don't hire fat tattooed up phlebotomists that act extremely unprofessional, I was at the South Lake High School Blood Drive, and she was extremely rude, not to mention disgusting with that coffee cup tattoo, to anybody listening, playing obnoxious music. I would advise you to take your hard made blood elsewhere from now on, until new people are hired.
The donation center is the best place to donate. I donate every 2 months and the phlebotomists are so friendly and caring. I will always donate with oneblood! :)
I was quite nervous about donating my blood at first. But Regina Bermudez welcomed me with open arms. Although I was last in line, I was treated like I was up front. The hospitality was truly amazing. I can only hope all employees are as amazing as Regina.

Great staff, professional, and nice. Good neighborhood, safe to visit. Been coming here for over a year. You can watch Netflix movies. Hollywood is one of the best locations at which to donate!

The staff is friendly & helpful Great atmosphere....Encouraging, super informative on the steps of donating. I think that is very important especially if your a little nervous.
I had Sonya at the main office in Jacksonville today off Southside and she did such an awesome job she was there by herself almost handle everyone and was extremely sweet I am very scared of needles and usually I'm very apprehensive she made me feel so comfortable and I felt no pain thank you so much for helping other people and helping us be able to happy New Year and thank you
