Terrible experience! I have been donating blood since I was 16 and will no longer donate ever again! Swollen and bruised and continuing to get larger two days after the fact! No one at customer care responds and when they do it’s a robot response to apply ice and warm compress alternating.

I made an appointment well in advance to donate blood today. I showed up for my appointment ten minutes early and was told it was at least an hour wait, and was then greeted with an attitude when I stated I had an appointment. She said the wait was still at least an hour. I have type O- blood and am frequently made aware that my blood is always needed. Some of the employees you have working for your company are very unprofessional and have awful customer service attitudes.
Everyone at OneBlood has been amazing to work with! Sheila Deese has been wonderful in coordinating the blood drives we do. Donna and Maria, in Ballantyne, treated me like VIP when I donated platelets. Thanks!

Unprofessional. If a vein cannot be found then just stop. This was so painful and yet I was being “dramatic”.
If there is a big need for bodily fluids, there should be less rules and regulations on donors, and donations. I tried to be the best I could be I wanted to get to 100 gallons but Florida Blood Services, became worst and screw people over through oneblood.
