I came into Steve ONeal motors about two years ago to find one of my sons a vehilcel while he was in High School. I have bought and sold numerous vihicles over the years and have really never had a lot of good experiences with dealerships, the sales people are usually less than truthful about the details of the sale, usually a lot of smoke and mirrors, " let me go talk to the manager." The salesman, Cliff, was very nice, knowledgeable and funny. I had great time talking about the car, joking about other cars and lots, comparing my needs to what he had to offer. It was a nice relaxed experience UNTIL....we walked into the office and "Steve" was there. Cliff immediately got very stiff and jerky, and it probably dropped 10 degrees in the room.
