In 2009, Jason and Dallas met and formed an immediate friendship. They began talking about how cool it would be to have an Independent BMW repair shop that also catered to MINI Coopers. In November of 2009, they opened ONE WAY which was under the umbrella of the John Miller Tire Co. Had work done on front end, then their work ended up ruining my front brand new tires. They agreed to fix their problem and 2 new tires but wouldn't pay to have them put on, I was out $62 that was their fault plus all the aggrivasion of coming and going getting the car fixed. I'm an unhappy ex-customer!
Not a place I would trust more then One Way for all of my BMW needs. Awesome guys and very professional.

Every time I have I’ve come to their shop they have been out of this world in helping me. Came by for advice on issue and they went out of their way to help. If you need work done this is the place to go.
One Way is amazing! I'll never take my BMW to another shop. Jason is hands down the best BMW/Mini mechanic in the state... If you take your car anywhere else, you're messing up!
Hands down the best shop I have ever been to and trust me I've been to PLENTY. Every time I've gone they've been extremely nice and courteous and always have the customers best interest in mind. I honestly can not recommend this place enough; there's a reason why they have such good reviews so if you're looking for a place to work on your car, definitely come here.
Much better than the dealer on EVERY category. One way always has an answer. Positive attitude and able to help Everytime not matter what project is required. They have serviced both my 3 and 5 series. Highly recommend.
